Oh yes! Screaming or whatever kind of loud outburst you want to have...stomping feet, jumping up and down, beating on an inanimate object, screaming. I've done all that when downright ticked off or stressed out and it felt good afterwards.
And then again, I always highly recommend a GOOD therapist to help work out the mind kinks. Our minds store aside lots of things we couldn't handle at some point in our life, and then we forget they are in there...because we've blocked the pain we had at the time. But they're still there! Sitting in that little storage room in our brain! Let it all hang out and scream as hard as you want! Then hug yourself and let your inner self know how much you love you. I meet myself every night now when I go to bed and meditate. It's really neat. The 'self' I usually meet is me when I was 28 for some reason or other. I also 'visit myself' when I was a kid, and we hug. ALERT!!! Crazy woman named Doody in here!
