Default Has anyone??

Has anyone ever felt the need to scream for no real reason at all??

I'm not mad, upset, scared, frustrated, angry, happy, or any real emotion at all... but I feel like I want to just scream like Tarzan swinging on a vine... like it (the scream) is just building up to the point of exploding...

Oh well...

I don't think I've ever had the urge to scream for no reason at all. I certainly have for a reason!

I'm sensing you do have a reason ((Abbie)). I'm only a PM away if you want to talk, or let it all hang out here.

Abbie I have been known to do just that when I am alone driving the car...I'd hate to scare Mr.Alffe.

Maybe it's just built-up stress - an extreme need to exhale. I'd say go for it. I'll open my window and see if I can hear you. Ready...set...GO!

No, I've never felt like that.

Have you figured out why you feel/felt like this and did you do it?

Just wondering.
(((((hugs)))))

No... Haven't screamed, yelled, hollared, or anything along those lines...

I just swallowed the feeling...

I still don't know why I feel/felt the urge to scream... but I'm sure like Doody said... there's a reason... I'm just really good at bottling thing up.

Hugs to all...
Thanks for taking the time out of your days to chat with me...

chat away abbie. vent if you need to.

for me...frustration at not being in charge of my life eats at me.

like yesterday. i am buckeling down. learning how to post on ebay. really consentrating and putting all my anxiety aside when the phone rings. grandmonkey has gotten sick at school. drop what i am doing to go get him and take care of him.

it might sound petty. a sick child always comes first. i know this and feel this in my heart and soul. but i did think...why can't i get a life back? income so i am not under thumbs and rule of someone else?

whew...that felt good to vent. and boy did i have to vent out my car after having a stinky grandmonkey in there!

I've felt that way Abbie, At that time in my life things were going good and i couldn't figure out why i felt so horrible inside. I went outside and got a stick and just started banging the patio... i know it sounds goofy, but the more i banged the better i felt...Thank God we have a privacy fence or my neighbors would have thought i'd lost it for sure...

hi Abbie,

good to see your name...

I have felt like that myself...it is usually a build up of many things through many days/stresses/blahblahblah/and even unknowns...

I believe in trusting our bodies also...so yes, I would let out a looooooooong
scream once in awhile....

As a matter of fact, in the old SOS forum, I would post something like that once in awhile and I think it helped me although it probably baffled others...

LOL

If you need, post something OT(Off topic) and just let it out...

If you want to, I'll start the scream here so you won't feel alone...I really needed one of those screaming things today...I was very PO'ed yesterday about a bad driver that almost rear ended me and could've endangered everyone around him around the time of the busy traffic...

here goes:

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
gggggggggggggggggggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggghhhh
aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhh
(I AM PO'ed about mean people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!)

it actually feels better...LOL

to you and everyone
