I'll try to be nice and choose my words carefully here but I'm mad as anything with the media in recent weeks. I was following the events in Boston virtually as they happened recently (much of it was in our day time when eastern US was in night time) and all the errors that were being made and false accusations just flying by willy nilly. sheesh. What the heck?

I've now just read the very sad news about the young man from Brown who was missing and whose name was bandied about all over the news and social media for many hours and whose name will forever be cached on the internet with accusations that he was one of the Boston terror suspects.
Honest to goodness, it is sick! The www. The wild wild web. ugh

Its difficult for some of my family to talk directly about my Uncle's suicide, but we have to go there and talk openly about what we feel and how we meet each day. My Mum and Dad are so lovely but the elephant in the room scenario would persist if I didn't challenge some of the denial.

This doesn't mean I bring up the tragic circumstances every time we speak. However, acknowledging what has happened is the only way to keep supporting each other with our feelings and emotions.
