Default Some nasty weather out there...

Thinking about some of you in the path of this ice storm ....Goofy? Wren?

It hasn't really arrived here yet but Chicago is expecting it soon so we can't be far behind.

Hugs for the room....stay safe.

Thank you for asking Alffe.
It's very bad around here but we still have power.
And I made it to PT this morning so the roads aren't too bad even though all the schools are closed for safety's sake. Tomorrow is supposed to be bad and Wednesday even worse.

We have power, and only a handful that do. I went into work this morning and around 10:00 we lost power at work... over half the people who work there didn't come in today. It was to bad for me to drive the people to thier dr appts so i hung around and did activites with them... I also helped with lunch then came home as i'm going back in at midnight to cover the front desk from midnight to 8:00. I told them the only way i would do it was if somebody would cover for me tomorrow incase we could drive out. (which i doubt will happen.) ANYWAY..we're going to get my FIL and have him stay the night with us. The trees have been destroyed by all this ice... its so sad to see the limbs that have broke off and big ole trees literally split in half from the weight of the ice...I hope everybody else here is ok... {{{{HUGS}}} for our room!!!

Thanks for checking in Vick...I've been worried about you! The pictures on TV just look dreadful.
