I wonder how I'd be making it this week without the skelaxin and lorcet. Back pain sucks. It even hurts to cough.

I wonder if the eye doctor got all of my retinal tear taken care of.

I wonder what mischief little granddoody will be in to tonight. I hope he doesn't want me to pick him up because that ain't gonna happen!

I wonder that I'll finally get to see the new Bourne movie or whatever it's called...with Matt Damon. Mr. and Mrs. Alffe saw that this summer I think. I hope the video store has 1 more copy left today for me.

I wonder that I spoke to soon about daughter doody. She continues to be absolutely miserable with her Fifth Disease, 2 weeks today. She doesn't feel 'sick' anymore, but her joints hurt with a ferocity and her neck still feels like she has whiplash. My poor baby.

I wonder about my body taking this skelaxin and lorcet every 6 hours. Well, at least I can move a little better for about 3 of those hours.

I wonder if it's better to wait for Christmas shopping. If I get done early, I tend to keep seeing things I think I should get.

I wonder if Alffe has listened to the holiday music that I gave her back in September. LOL Of course I can't remember the singer now, even though he's an Iowa native. Geesh.

I wonder about my bird food competition down the street. They must have better food than I do. But, cracked corn is much cheaper, so there!

I wonder if I can say that I have really been depressed and scared and not so sure I want to stick around but hanging in a bit better today.

I wonder if you all know that you have given me some of the best gifts someone can get for Christmas or any other times of year...

- A thoughtful "Are you okay?" when everything seems dark.

- A "Hi, I've been there.. if you every need to talk."

- A cyber hug - amazing how you can feel them!

- A shared poem to express what is so very hard to say.

I wonder if that is just so sad that I have to hang on to words, but I do.
