I'm okay. I'm sorry I assumed I upset you. I've been feeling pretty down so I figured somehow my post was the cause of your upset. I've been on over-load emotionally and I guess physically for a little to long - just can't seem to get my footing but I'm hanging in there. How are you? |

It sure is good to hear from you. And I know exactly what you're saying -
I'm tired, but I do have things easier than most.  Because I'm considered retarded by everyone around here very little is expected -- well, the baking is but that's "easy" . Ya' know - time before last, when I was in the hospital I did ask about the possibility of people "like me" getting into a home amd was told I couldn't because of our INSURANCE. lol lol lol |

I suspect we both down play what we go through! You made me laugh when you said the cooking was "easy". I'm not the cook in the family and did so appreciate your nice and easy fudge receipe! (It made me look like I knew what I was doing) I don't think cooking is "easy". You must be very good at it if it seems easy to you! I'll stick with my frozen dinners! I hope your day is going well.
