I have been diagnosed with BI-Polar, 18 months or so but have suffered since my early teens [ over 30 odd years in all] With Depression. Talking about feelings and emotions, is very difficult at times, for me too. But chatting on here, is RELEASE... In a world where most people dont give a Sh%%. Its comforting to know i'm not alone [ that sounds sick, but until someone has walked in your shoes how do they know how you feel...so 2 speak.] If you feel the need to stay off line for while thats ok... but dont leave permenantly... it not good for you or me, or any of us.... David, I want to thank you for sharing this. I'm sensing that you are letting your guard down a bit to do so, and that is a good thing. No one likes to feel alone.
