I W IF...........I can tell you with you in my life, the worlds a more caring place. I W IF...........IF i can explain 'no secrets'...if people ask questions out of courtesy, by answering them truthfuly... you truly are dumping baggage.. My Dad once said to me ' when you have a problem , talk to a stranger, they will eventualy leave your conversation..and 90% will never think about what you were saying again. However you will feel lightened , by talking about the problem. Chances are you wont upset anyone and you might feel a little better' I W .............IF I CAN TELL ABBIE THAT SHE IS IN THE PERFECT STATE OF MIND FOR REKKIE......it is possibly the kindest alternative therapy out there. And the emotion you release from it is baggage, baggage, and more baggage... Dear Abbie you need a break my friend... carrying this burden of depression is soul destroying..... it distorts the waking mind, criples the waking soul, and leaves the body feeling wretched. Naything that helps eliveate some of these feelings is worth a try. David

I wonder how Scott came out at the dr and if he'll be able to sing....
I wonder if David minds if I ignore him....  I wonder why I have to expect company before I feel like cleaning... I wonder at how happy I am to be able to Mediteranian food on this diet!.. I wonder if Curious is mad at me.........

I wonder who will start the next wonder thread????
I wonder if Alffe know i appreciate her asking about Scott. I wonder if i can tell her he has a bad sinus infection so the dr gave him some strong antibiotics and something to help him breathe. Hes already better today  I wonder what kind of diet Alffe is on? I wonder how much weight she has lost?? I wonder about alot of stuff right now that i really cant talk about... sigh...
