Its great to hear your helping a friend out ............[friendly tip..
. baby steps...your own pain is still very raw....what you are doing is splendid... and cathartich..and commendable....but don't take on to much dear lady......]

NO SIBERIA FOR ME NEXT YEAR.

Yep, Alffe's b-day was the 3rd and I missed it!

The pdoc appointment did go well and I didn't throw up (ulcer)! Moving on in this world, a tedious process, but I'll get there. I am a survivor, just need a push once and a while.
