Default you can never take my pain away

I need love and endulgence. I need the power of mercy. My will is still here, but grounded. I am weak. Need I say more. My kids are playing in the background and I just dream of reprive. I will excell. Watch me, there is a comeback.

To all of you touched by suicide or those who almost "did it" there is a new beginning much mounted by "hope". Is she still there? I think so, cause I am living it.

Dry them eyes, see what is going to come and live the dream like you never have before.

I promise, there is a new world about you and you will experience like no other and you will comment here.

Live on...............................

Great words hope! and I too think like you and the title of this post "you can never take my pain away". certain kinds of pain i think stay with you ,you cant rid yourself of it, there is no cure for it and you must learn how to live face deal and cope with it. acknowlege it weather it be doing things diffrent, or not doing something but replacing it with another thing instead. learing ways to make stress of life more bareable...ect. You take it day by day or minute by minute and keep going .pain is just a small part of your whole being remember that ...even when pain seems to be everything about you cus it can seem like that sometimes.. remember it is not ,it is just a small part of you. and with each step you take you are growing and shining brighter and brighter .shoot sometimes you can even become contagious and spread that persistant bold courage to those around you. and I think your doing exactly that right now. holding you in my prayers! and EVERYONE needs a break now and then there is nothing at all wrong with saying just that to family or a friend. you earn and deserve a break. it improves your ability your outlook your mood and your life. so hon demand what you deserve and need say hey I need a break can you help me by taking the kids or coming over and watching them ..ect. I am right in your corner rooting you all the way into your hopes and dreams with strength and Gods comforting ways of healing love and peace.
Peace
BMW

Thank you, Sue. Nice to see we have something in common. Portland Oregon may be beautiful, but this is the longest winter I have ever endured here. We had snow today! May is in a couple days! I think this is part of the reason my healing process is taking so long. I am from sunny California. I perk up when there is sun. If you ever get out this way to see your babies, let me know
