Please don't walk away...

I know this may not make sense by these words have been stuck in my head all day.

If someone you know is suicidal or contemplating such....

Please just be there for them. I know that this can be a very hard thing to do. I know that you want to protect your heart as you may not know what you would do without that person in your life... and you don't want to put yourself into a position where you may have to handle the grief.


If you walk away or tell the person you can no longer be around them because of their state of mind.... It may just push the person toward the edge.

You may not want to be but I'm guessing since the person who is suicidal is talking to you about "it".... you mean very much to the person.

If you push away, build up walls, or simply walk away.... the suicidal person may believe they have no where else to turn.

So please I'm begging you... don't shut them out, don't walk away... They need you.
