BIZI AND BARBO Showed up together in my box . Both very cool.
when my oldest toured country last year she loved L.A. the people and the food .. she also liked Cal. and best liked by her was Arizona. maybe when she lands in college soon it will be one off east coast and reason to travel ...and maybe do g.t.g. ...but that wont be for a years or two...but fun to think... all because of Curious and her yappa yap
I am going to "gear up" for another go around too Alffe.
Thanks for the fun and for letting me get to know you better.. or should I say for letting me bug you all
Luv you Postie pals

I FINALLY got BMW's TP postie! TP = Traveler's Prayer!

"May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
the rains fall soft upon your fields
and, until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.

Very nice, fellow traveler! Thanks so much!

Absolutely one of my most favorite prayers. I remember when ...wait, was it Bob Dylan or Tom Petty???? sang that and I hear it now and it's so pretty.

Heh. Tom is in one of my all time favorite music CDs, the Traveling Wilburys. Tom Petty, George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and Jeff Lynne. It was re-released this last year. They were all awesome together. Awesome CD. Traveling Wilburys Also a youtube page with quite a few of their songs on it. http://youtube.com/watch?v=vqlhD1rbs7E And here is an actual video of the group of them so you can see Tom. http://youtube.com/watch?v=sHtQCUOr4lw&feature=related

But I'm just not sure. I think I may be remembering a rendition that Bob Dylan sang. Just not sure.

I am SUCH a dork. I'm thinking of Forever Young by Bob Dylan. (Beatles [John Lennon, my hero, George Harrison, my other hero], Stones, Doors, Dylan freak in my day). I love this song. Forever Young

Quote:
May God bless and keep you always,
May your wishes all come true,
May you always do for others
And let others do for you.
May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung,
May you stay forever young,
Forever young, forever young,
May you stay forever young.

May you grow up to be righteous,
May you grow up to be true,
May you always know the truth
And see the lights surrounding you.
May you always be courageous,
Stand upright and be strong,
May you stay forever young,
Forever young, forever young,
May you stay forever young.

May your hands always be busy,
May your feet always be swift,
May you have a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift.
May your heart always be joyful,
May your song always be sung,
May you stay forever young,
Forever young, forever young,
May you stay forever young.
