What a day!

I had a second postal delivery today and this time I got not one, but TWO post cards! I don't know what I ever did to make such wonderful friends as you guys but I thank you all so very sincerely!

The other 2 cards were from Curious and FlyGirl.

Thank you so much for the breast cancer card Curious, and yes I agree, it's time for all us ladies to check our little girls to make sure that they're lump free.

I tend to get rather slack in that department, knowing that I go for my free mammogram every 2 years but gee wizz, there's a lot that can happen in 2 years and I must not be so complacement in future.

You'd think I'd know better having been through bowel cancer and nose cancer in a 3 month period, and a blood relative is also battling breast cancer right now, so I promise to do better from now on.

Thank you also FG for the postie of that airoplane. I cannot believe that you flew that one! You.... such a tiny thing, the plane...such a BIG thing

I think I can understand why you miss flying after seeing this. Something this big has to get under your skin, and you must love it like others would love their pet. I'm sorry you can't fly solo any more, and I do understand. MS stopped me flying solo too, just my solo was in a different job!

DH and I are off interstate in less than 2 weeks from now for a short trip away, and I'll certainly be looking for post cards from that state while we're there.

Well yesterday Haze went to get mail and she came running up driveway yelling "MOM MOM you got a letter from BOB DYLAN and it is even hand written " .She hands me the enevlope and well Thank you so Much Barbo .Sounds like you have been busy with some fun things and that is great.

Haze also has a freind at school his middle name is Timpanogos and she had to bring that post card to jazz band camp yesterday to show him and all her pals...Twink thank again for that postie it is a big hit in my house right now.

I wonder if anyone would LIKE TO SEND ME A COMIC STRIP from their newpaper instead of a post card??? Id like that as much as a postie! well ifen ya inital the comic thatd be sweet and neat.
