You're so right to treasure these pictures. Sadly I have very few photos of my own mother and father, and as they both passed away around 20 years ago, I'll not be getting any more.

I have been working on the slide show since after his service, only breaking to go to his grave......and yes the butterfly was right there on the yellow roses I left him.......yes abbie...chills is a good word.....

At times I just sob my heart out, I can still hear his laughter, that chuckle before his face would break out in that huge grin. I am indeed lucky to have these...right now they hurt still.......but I can't seem to stop looking at them.
When the tears dry up, I find myself smiling at a memory......as is the motto here ...baby steps ;)

I emailed this to my brothers and sisters....and wanted to share it with you.
