You are a doll. Can't thank you enough. Thanks curious!

The brown one is the male and will probably be Zack and is for Emma to settle her down.

The black one is female and will probably be Zoe and is for Sara to become more responsible.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Thank you! The girls are so excited. They'll be flown from Missouri this Friday or the next. We are on our way to Petsmart to start shopping for their neccessities. The black one is still only 2 pounds, that's why we may have to wait another week. The other one is ready to go, but we want them flown out together, so we'll just have to be patient.
They top out at 11-15 pounds when fully grown.

Just bumping this up for name ideas. The girls are very restless and don't understand why we have to do Wednesday, Thursday when they are direly awaiting their pets. We have not settled on names because we want to paper them. Any ideas?

Two days and counting for our newest family members. It's going to feel like I had twins, I just know it! Got the flight info today and they will take off from Missouri at 6:45am Friday and land at PDX at 12:45pm. I am so wishing them a safe and comfortable flight. I don't fly, I like my feet firmly planted on the ground unless there's an earthquake or something. I can't imagine going that far in that little time. They say they will be shipped in a pressurized compartment. What does that mean? Cargo or up with the people? Poor little puppies. I requested they cover the kennel with a baby blanket so they didn't become frightened by all the movement, but they said the airlines prohibit that. I wonder just what state of mind they will be in when they get here and of the sleepless nights ahead of us. Me and the girls have limited our schedules for the next two days to get more sleep in preparation. At least I know when these babies are coming, not like my girls who just showed up whenever they felt like it. As much as I am looking forward to this, I am nervous all at the same time. We always had a big household with people and pets, so it's been kinda lonely around here, but at least I can keep up with everything. But now, two more. Hmmmmmmmm only time will tell. We still can't agree on names I hope you all got to see the pics curious posted for me. Thank you again curious!

Thumbs up

nohope

Maybe you'll have to wait to hold them in your arms before giving them a name. Your puppies are ADORABLE and a wise choice for you and the girls. My sister and I both had a dog of our own growing up (dachshunds). My sister used to dress hers up and take him for rides in a baby carriage when she was young. Years later, she walked into the garage with him. He spotted the carriage, jumped in, and wanted to go for a ride.

I was at a friend's house one day. She had a little girl and a dog with a long tail, and they were playing in the other room. The dog trotted happily into the kitchen, wearing a scarf, sunglasses, and his tail completely covered with scrunchies.

Have fun with your new babies.

Cooper is a Virginia dog Nohope and he flew here, howling all the way according to the pilot who laughed when he saw us in the airport...said "that little dog made all that racket?" He had no problems at all and his "mom" told us he liked cheese a lot...does to this day.

We decided not to show him, neutered him instead.

I bet you are having a hard time keeping the girls calm today.

Please share pictures if you feel comfortable.... I would love to see all of you with your new little babies.
