Thank you for sharing here girlie,
this is exactly where you need to be right now.
These folks know what it is like to grieve...they have been doing it for a long time.
and there are new ones here that are hurting so much.....
WE want you to be happy we want to see you feel better.
It is so hard watching you be miserable...we wish we could take some of your pain away....
This grief is ruining your spirit... and I hate to see this.

I want you to take your meds.
Please tell me that you are going to restart taking them again....
have you ever tried abilify?

I think you can do this...one little step at a time.we are all here for you to help you do it. try not to look at the big picture dont look at everything all at once, that is overwhelming. just one thing at a time. we will be here for you to support help and listen . Hi bj!!! I, too, hope you can get some rest. BMW is very wise and a good friend. Please keep communicating and reading. Its hard, I know. I know I am not in your shoes but I have been in the ole hospital a few times myself, so that is something I do know. I know how it is to fight and fight and fight. And it can be tiring. That is why we are here. To help you fight. We will help give you what you need. The people here who have been in your shoes can help too. And your docs are helping you. Please know that I care and that it can get better. No, it won't just go away. But as you get stronger, you can find love and joy in life again. I love you!

day treatment centers are very hard on you.
But I hope that you are brave enough to start talking in your groups....this is very hard for you and I encourage you to try to do this alittle bit...just a little bit...

I'm trying to take it a day at a time. I didn't do well in the session yesterday, just sat in the corner. And I told them I don't do well like that, I need one on one contact. But I have to keep trying, keep pushing and hopefully I can start learning to spill it all out. I'm just looking forward to talking to a grief counselor, that's where I need to be.

When I was in the hospital a grief counselor came in and said sharing the losses, telling the grief story or expressing the feeling in writing or other creative endeavors, no matter how painful, is important in the healing process. Healing is recognized when the grieving person is at a point of being able to share with those earlier in the process. And that's what I'm hoping to accomplish, help others.

Something I read.......

Our grief always brings a gift.
It's the gift of greater sensitivity and compassion for others.
We learn to rise above our own grief by reaching out
and lessening the grief of others.
