I wonder if I can tell you that I left this house early this morning and drove and drove and drove (gee whiz it's good to have my drivers license back) I went to a library and used their computer to check in here.
When I came back here ....... well, it didn't last long and I took off again. I wonder why a McDonalds doesn't have computers

I wonder if anyone is angry with me for stinking up the place the other day.

I wonder why Doody is surprised her Bruna can fly like an eagle. When my sister was young, her dachshund "Toby" was her pride and joy - living teddy bear. All the kids in the neighborhood loved him, and the feelings were mutual. All the old home movies show Toby running along behind my sister and her friends in every clip - even jumping on the bed with them with a big "smile" on his face, ears flopping wildly. It's really funny to watch, especially with that old footage just a little bit faster than it should be. :D

One day dad decided to provide a little entertainment for my sister and her friends. They were in the back yard sitting in a circle, with Toby in the center getting all the attention. My dad walked up to them and dropped a mouse into the circle. Toby instantly ripped it to shreds. :eek: My sister and her friends sat there in shock, started to cry, then ran away. Toby was thrilled - wanted another. :p

Dad wasn't expecting that to happen - maybe he did. Oh well, he taught us dachshunds were also bred to be hunters. By the time my dachshund Fritz came along, I didn't mind waking up to the sound of rabbits screaming in my backyard. It meant I didn't have to get up and let my dog out. I always rooted for the rabbit to escape, but it rarely happened. He was a FEISTY one. :D
