you and da wife would've gotten along great! She loves dolphins. Where she works, she sees them a lot. She works on the fifth floor of the hospital which overlooks the Bay.

And dolphins come in all the time to feed...they call her the dolphin lady...

you know...I've read somewhere that few people have brought those that have dimentia to places where they can touch the dolphins...they found it therapeutic...

not saying you have to try it or Lynn is healthy enough to travel..but I have read about Doctor...shoot...what's his name mentioning that there are a lot of other things that have similar effects...such as music...

gosh, what is his name??

Now that would be wonderful! Before traveling wasn't an option due to his behavior ...but now on the meds, he is like his ol self again. I have been talking to his kids about maybe doing a cruise this spring. He wants to go to Bermuda, that is close to us, leaves out of Boston

Nik, you might want to seriously consider that and maybe even take another cruise yourself after that for your own sake...

there is something therapeutic about the open water...

Gosh, I need to go find that article by Oliver Fungi Sacks...LOL

Funny you should say that, whenever I am troubled, I always head to the water. I always have. I am seriously thinking about going this spring. I will have to see how Lynn is doing. Not sure I am up to going alone..... but they do have a caregivers cruise every year... maybe later i could do that
