That's OK. It's just with my medical background, and then my own DH having a TIA, I actually knew what I was talking about for a change....
LOL, I think you do a fine job with everything! It is nice to have our very "own" nurse though!!

I'm so glad the TN and ON have eased off a bit for you! I have a fairly constant neuralgia in my left eye, probably due to demyelination of my optic nerve over the years, and I have had TN so I can truly understand what you've been going through.

I'm so pleased that your DH has finally got some relief from his symptoms. Hugs to both of you from me........

Lynn is still sleeping through most of the night. He has gotten up a couple of nights, but only once. And it was only for a snack

Unlike before when he would say hateful things, now he asks if he can make me something too A welcome shock! And still so grateful.. with all we are losing to Alzheimer's , it is a true blessing, just short of a miracle!! To have his loving personality restored.

Thanks! I knew you and BMW would understand. Sorry to hear about your eye pain though... is it like the TN pain? I'm not sure what branch your TN effected? Mine is all 3 major ones, (or the 5, depending on what book they use lol) so I also get deep eye pain.

This is just so wonderful.

I know that you will treasure every moment that you have the old Lynn back, and I hope you know that we are all here for you should he slip backwards at all.

Yes I do know, and I am more grateful than I can find words for. It is nice here, to have a "family" you can share all things that effect your spirit. Rare and treasured

Do you mind if I join in here? It's almost 6AM and I haven't been to sleep yet.

I did have TN with the 2 lower nerves involves, but this optic neuralgia is different. Now my pain is totally confined to my optic nerve and doesn't travel anywhere else.

It's like having a constant toothache in my eye, and only some-one who's ever had TN would understand what that feels like,
