Thank you. I miss my daughter( 10 years now) and sure would have loved to be a grandparent. I would have been a very good one. Money can do bad things to peoples families, and it did to mine.
None of us asks for the trouble. If it were not for the great people I have met through the years here, Gerry, Eva, mark, a whole gang, I don't think I would be in the better frame of mind I am in now.
I hope you will OK too, and that all of us here who suffer with something, can find a moments peace today, just to breathe, or to say a quick prayer. ginnie

I bumped this up for you.

Having attempted suicide and thought about many times its a traumatic experience.
But you can learn to live with the thoughts and past memories

Its about accepting they are part of you....not an epitaph

Things will get better..yes things might go wrong...even more thoughts and dark days may come along....but when they do...know in your heart you can overcome that time and thought.


Next year plan things ...not big..not costly..look ahead to something.....plant flowers, grow veg, ..shout at the sea, sing on a hilll.........cry in the dark of night under the stars......

VOLUNTEER... you now possess a skill...life EXPERIENCE... put it to use ..help others.

Hey this ehp.a.lump is still there in my life lurking around ....
My mum has dementia now and slowly getting worse...this has sent my big polar into overdrive.....up down .up down.....
Yet know one in my house sees the elephant...-.....they only see my moods

We all have triggers to our moods...its not easy to switch these off

Its not easy for others to recognise these triggers (even harder if we don't let people into our lives....and most people experiencing depression don't. We wrongly assume those around us who care should automaticly know.......WRONG......... they don't)

Recently three deaths and funearals in four weeks. All my wife's family.
I'm distraught.....people don't know why....

Death is distressing, I witness my family in distress...I,m more distressed...i cant show my distress...I'm more distressed

Vicious bloody circle of distress. Elephant is back in the room
