I wonder about my patchwork of special friends here at NeuroTalk. I wonder that I've met so many people with such a variety of personal concerns. I wonder if you know I pray for you to feel our loving Father in Heaven's gentle arms around you?
As my heart became a loom When creating this tapestry I had stitched threads of you As I wove them around me With loving textures blending As I connected each thread Here among my heartstrings Its woven in passionate red Love woven strand by strand With a heart devoted to you For inspiration you gave me Enhanced the colourful hue While weaving togetherness Love created a work of art Attached with forever bonds In the treasures of the heart by Hope I wonder if you've ever made anything using thread or yarn to hold things together? I wonder that I love my homemade blankies to nap with, and wonder if you all like to snuggle with special comforters? I wonder that, depending on which I choose, I think of the person who made it. I wonder that my dear daughter did NOT marry the boy who sewed binding onto the red fleece blankey for her birthday? I wonder that my kitchen countertops got ripped out last night by my DH and I? I wonder if I'll dare use my shiny new countertops after they are installed today? I wonder that 30 years is a long time to look at da same ole same ole? I wonder if you know how many times I've done the happy dance since the lab results were "negative for asbestos" on my cottage cheese ceiling. I wonder that's it's gone (thanks to DH) and ready for new paint! I wonder how my dear Dad did last night after I gave him one of my MS pills to take for his cancer? I wonder that one pill (LDN) can have so many applications, including MS, Crohn's, autism, and some cancers. I wonder if I'll be able to get a Rx for Dad today? I wonder how happy I was to learn some good news (following sad news) last night about our dear doctor. He has been away from the office since the death of his son. The son and his wife had just had a new baby the week before. When he died by gunshot, the worst was suspected, but I found out last night they ruled it a non-suicidal death. The clip was out of the gun, but apparently he didn't know there was still a bullet in the chamber. Still, so sad, but perhaps a degree easier for family to deal with. I wonder about you all, my friends, at this time of year. I wonder how your hearts must ache when the Thanksgiving table is missing that special loved one. I wonder if you'll be able to remember the warmth and happiness that person brought to your heart. I wonder if you'll be able to visualize the memories of that person eating and laughing with the family. I wonder if you can remember the love in their eyes when they looked at you, and the closeness and contentment when you embraced. I wonder if you'll be able to feel an extra helping of peace and comfort this Thanksgiving as you make an effort to focus on happier times.

I wonder if I can tell ((twink)) I long for the time when I can ...
"remember the warmth and happiness that person brought to your heart. I wonder if you'll be able to visualize the memories of that person eating and laughing with the family. I wonder if you can remember the love in their eyes when they looked at you, and the closeness and contentment when you embraced." So beautiful, Thank you ((Twink)) It is no wonder, that made me cry... but it also lightened my heart, as I could clearly see his eyes... and I can still feel his embrace.

I wonder if I'll get really really brave and pull out the videos and listen to Michaels' voice.....and hear that big laugh.
I wonder if my grandkids would like to see their parents looking a lot younger.... I wonder if anyone still sews up their turkeys after they've stuffed them.... I wonder at Twinks most excellent wonders..... I wonder if my grandkids remember how much fun they used to have sledding down the bank of the barn.... I wonder if the "sophistication" of a teenager wears thin when there is a big snow on the ground...I wonder why they don't wear boots!

I wonder that this wonder thread is really 153....
I wonder if we could get a mod to change it for us or does it really matter? I wonder what's the right way to thank someone for saving a life? I wonder why the words just won't come? I wonder that I am dreading Thursday... Thanksgiving.... I wonder that I know what I am thankful for this year but I can't get those words to come together either.... I wonder that I am extremely nervous about meeting with a "friend" for lunch, coffee, desert, or what ever this week.... we haven't talked face to face in about 5 months.... I wonder at the cold blowing winds that have been howling around here recently. I wonder that I stepped outside today for a bit and it didn't seem cold at all... temp was near 40 but wind chill was near 30... I didn't have a coat or long-sleeves on... I wonder if I can leave BIG but gentle HUGS for all and wonder more later... Abbie

I wonder why I am so confused about what # wonder thread this is...
I wonder if I can say that it doesn't really matter..as long as we wonder..*grin I wonder if you all have a big dead bird in your fridge, or on your kitchen counter... I wonder if it's too late to invite Abbie for Thanksgiving...bring a sleeping bag.... I wonder if I can just leave hugs for the room...and ask for some..

I wonder if I can tell Alffe that I not only have a dead bird in my fridge, I have thighs and necks. There is never enough dark meat on the bird for this family. The necks are for broth..for the dressing...and the gravy.
Drool. I wonder if you know that tradition is so ingrained in this family that we have the exact same meal every year. If we don't have the ambrosia someone feels left out. If we don't have the creamed asparagus it doesn't feel like Thanksgiving. I wonder that when I was younger that irked me, but now it is comforting. It is also comforting to see the same thin happening to my nieces and nephews... a feeling of continuation. I wonder if I can offer Alffe a big and for everyone. I wonder if I can wish you all a happy Thanksgiving...and to our friends for whom this is not a holiday...Happy THursday |

I wonder that I'm pretty sure the next new wonder will be 154. LOL Twink!
I wonder at how much I love hearing about 'the bird in the freezer' every year from Alffe, ROFL! I wonder how lucky Ducky is to have a giving family. She knows. I wonder that it will be nice to have daughter, SIL, and granddoody at our Thanksgiving this year. I wonder why I didn't take more vacation time from work this week. Oh well, too late to wonder about that now! I wonder that I have no clue what dish I am taking to Thanksgiving this year. Hmmmm, it's tomorrow, right? LOL Love and hugs to everyone and Happy Thanksgiving. For those not going to a dinner, rest up, baby yourself, and have a wonderful day doing what pleases you most! (Actually, I'm glad to go home from the feast because then I can put on my jammies, get my pillow and hunker down and rest.

I wonder that I can just picture Doody in her jamies on her pillow...
I wonder how tickled I was to hear from an old neighbor of mine..she wondered if she could have my gizzards... I always used to give them to her on Thanksgiving as we don't use them...forgive me ducky.. I wonder if anyone puts vodka in their pie dough..... I heard that on NPR this morning...it's the way to make great pie dough. I wonder if anyone remembers gas rationing during the war...it wasn't for a shortage of gas but one of rubber....we were to save our tires. Please don't ask me which war that was... I wonder how our BJ is and why we still haven't heard about her trip. I wonder how cute Cooper is with his new haircut and his turkey kerchief.. I wonder what everyone is cooking.... I wonder if Abbie can feel this.....
