Default What's on your plate for the weekend?

As soon as the coffee kicks in I need to finish cooking for the funeral...two assembled...two to go. It's hard to know how much to cook, how many will stay and eat after the service..we had way too much last time and are trying to cook less this time.

And it's that once a year time to clean the chandaliar...can't believe that Thanksgiving is almost here. Also polish the silverware, and IRON... ..the tablecloth! I am getting a little nostalgic about not having a big dead bird on my kitchen counter....somehow a dead pig in the freezer just isn't the same..

I keep thinking about seeing shooting stars from the hot tub tonight...maybe if I could force myself to take a nap this afternoon.............naw!

Has anyone seen The Prairie Home Companion movie?
