I'm the survivor of our son Michaels' suicide 19 years ago...I refused to "talk about it" so I was just stuck in an awful place for years. I don't want that to happen to anyone else.

I was the exact opposite of ((Alffe)) When my Dad took his life on March 14, 2008....I immediatly started talking about it. I still had a breakdown, but I shutter to think what would have become of me had I tried to keep any of this pain in.
