Again, just so moved by all of your support. I can't keep up with the PM's etc.. but please know, you have touched my heart deeply

Mom had one test already today and is awaiting another. Not sure how long until we find out the results, but hoping this week. She is still so weak, I can see some of my family losing hope, you see it in their eyes, in the whispers...

I can't and wont give up hope!! I walked in yesterday and she said look what I can do!!! And she stood, on her own, for me. She said she had been waiting all day to show me.

It may not be much to some, but to me.. it is a beacon of hope I will cling to. I feel it vital she SEES my hope. No matter how sad I am, when I feel I can't keep the tears in a moment longer, I do. I smile and say YOU GO GIRL!!!! And she smiles............

I will keep you posted and am going to make sure I ground myself by checking in here with my family as much as I can. You give me strength, and I can't thank you enough. Much Love, Nikki

The doctor called around 9 this morning... he told us he wants to see Mom at 3.

He said to bring as much family as we can and to prepare ourselves............

I thought I was prepared for anything, turns out.. I'm not
