How's it going, Tammy?

I guess I've gotten so wrapped up in the here and now that I completely spaced the MS Couples Workshop! That gives me something to look forward to. Thanks for the reminder!

Hope you and the olhipie and having a good day up there in freezing northern Utah. Brrrrrr! Do you get the inversion there? We have clear air here, but Provo has been socked in.

When I have a panic attack it probably is such a small thing for others. I just feel I don't know which way to turn or go. I feel so numb...like I can't figure out how to so the simplest of things. I have extended family problems and I need to try to get them to see how they are hurting the family...

I.........just feel like I frozen...I just don't know how to describe it. Oh well....take a Xanax...

tammi...dearheart. You are sounding so much like our Nikki...wanting to be all things to all people...you need to take care of yourself first.

Tammy, you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family. Love them, forgive them and let them go. Joel Osteen once said people cannot hurt you if you don't allow them to. What he was saying is that we can control who hurts us. How we react to those who try to hurt us determines how far that hurt will go. In other words you control your peace, not them. Hope that made sense.
