Listening/watching this about suicide in the Army. Growing numbers certainly are not unique to the armed services.

I'm not sure if this was the same story I listened to on talk radio yesterday. It did say they were looking into a better screening process before troops come home.
Maybe there should be better ones before? ( if we could all have just 1 week of no stress...our brains would get a chance to recharge)

I have learned that stress is a big factor, its a tripping point. That is one of the things that we need to be aware of. We want to be superhuman, and are expected to be. And it simply is not realistic. We need each other but don't know how to support each other or reach out when needed. Its a learning process.
