My wrist is driving me mad, actually!
They took the plaster cast off and the broken bones are healing, but my wrist looks rather deformed now so I have a splint to wear when not exercising, and heaps of physio to do.

ugh..... i remember that all to well.... my wrist helped up nicely but they did put a metal plate right under my thumb/wrist joint. Physical therapy was brutal, but helped.... i still have to do the exercises from time to time when my wrist gets stiff....

Prednisone is a medication that you have to wean off. I was taking 75mgs a day and weaned down slowly over a month. Even though it was a large amount, I always took them all at once.... in the mornings to prevent me being awake at night.

I'm pleased you take it in the morning because of all the other stuff .. like insomnia, but cortisone can also upset your tummy. Do you have an antacid you can take?

LOL

I hope your tummy settles down, and I hope you're able to sleep. Send me another message via here if you need me, and I'll be there.

Good night dear friend.... I'll check in on you again soon.
