sorry, no remedies dear wish but I once had a medication that caused my nightmares - when the meds were changed, the horrible dreams went away. Often, too, stress causes nightmares... so, let's wave our magic wands and get rid of that stress!

Oh sorry I missed you, I was typing a post and didn't notice until I was done.
I am... very tired. I'm trying to move out of my house and find a new apartment but energy and motivation are hard for me to come by. I hope you are doing well, and I hope I didn't make you think I was ignoring you. I think I'll try to go to sleep now, sorry I missed you. Goodnight

What a day>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> one week on from telling my son to leave [which he did] he came home today...and told us in his 18 year old way 'im happy where i am and choose not to come back home!!!!!!! my wife fell apart..........silennce followed anger...followed my wife telling our son he was ungreatful and all our effort in raising him....had just been thrown in our face......................he stormed out and left. my wife then said to me ' ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?' I did tell him to leave because of HIS attitude...........now i am at fault?.....[not in my mind though] David

I can understand the hurt you must ALL be feeling.
I imagine your son is hurting because you actually came good on your threat of asking him to leave. He could still be angry and wanting to hurt you both in return. I imagine your wife is hurting because your son has a) left her nest, and b) said hurtful things to her/you. I imagine she needs some-one to blame right now.... and guess who's there to take the blame? One week is really not very long, and for an 18 year old it's hardly even given him the time to see what it's like outside the safe environment of the family home. I imagine he's enjoying himself.... just doing what he likes, when he likes....... I imagine he's not had the washing pile up, or torn his favourite jeans and needs some-one to mend them for him...... I imagine there's been no giant phone bill/electricity bill that he can't pay.....yet..... Does any of that make sense?
