Hi Koala... I got caught up in a tv show... and forget now, what it was... lol

Goofy... you are full of stress and sadness... be gentle on yourself and ask the doctor is there is something safe you can take. Lavender is a good cream/oil/candle/tea ... for some reason it helps me relax.
