Awwww geeezzzz I did see it, I did!!! LOL...I am allowed one cup in the morning, it is liquid and there is raw chocolate...

(((tammie)))) I was diagnosed with fibro many years ago, now, a doc says it is myofascial. I use some natural ways to deal with it and I will pm you later some ideas that may help you as well. You don't do enough for you. Love you sweet sister of mine...sssssss

What gets me that according to Stardanyl, fibro and myofascia pain are totally separate. BUT, both my doctor AND my massage therapist say they are one in the same. Whatever they are, it's the myofascia thing killin me I believe. Hurts to be touched a n y w h e r e. The fatigue and constant pain is downright crappy.

Now you guys are making me hungry, no fair sittin there with your food and hot chocolates! So I'm just gonna take off for lunch and so there.
