After you are done with this liquid fast, you aren't Really gonna eat junk? Will you?? I bet you will feel soooooooo good that you will only Want good, healthy things anyway. Fresh Organic Veggies, with a nice home made Organic slow simmered Barley,,,yummmm.
Has anyone ever tried Organic Amaranth? I make large batches of this & then add to just about any dish. It's loaded with nutients & tastes nuttie & Delish!

Default My Own File Cabinet!

I'm so proud...I am so disorganized and determined to get my act together. I have piles of paper regarding how to facilitate a support group, piles of hand out materials, piles of cummunications regarding suicide from various organizations, minutes from the Prev.Coalition meetings, correspondance with survivors...yada yada yada. So I bought a filing cabinet and folders...colored folders.

I am going to get my act together so I can find things when I need them!
Curious got me to do my closet and it's still looking good..hopefully I'll soon be able to see the bedspread under those piles of paper.

OOOOOOOO...I LOVE colored folders!!

So do you like your closet? Show it off when you have company?

I have put nothing on my plate for today. I might make some cranberry oatmeal cookies. Otherwise..nada..just a day to try and get my back and neck to be less painful.

I have some of the same back and neck problems that you have Curious. I am having an EMG test done today, for whatever it is worth. My grandson's birthday was a lot of fun!! I am going to continue to take those steps that will make some more major changes in my life and lead me to that new sidewalk.

Gardengrl, I won't go back to a lot of junk food. By the time my 13 days is up my body will be re-set to only wanting what is good for me. I can't take medications for high cholesterol so diet is very important. I buy organic when I can and am exploring those grains. I haven't tried the one you mentioned but am very interested. We will share some more. Now, if I eat junk I don't feel so good. It just sounds good. I have learned that there has to be a balance though. I tend to jump in with both feet and all that I have.....Obsessive....me??????? LOL...

My goal is to be 80% raw and mostly frutarian....

Yeah, I know, I am a NUT......and I like nuts too....

Good Girl! Junk food tastes sooo good sometimes, but it makes me feel sooo sick also!
I have cortisone injections today...Yahoooo, I HATE needles, but it's a love /hate kinda thing. I will have 2 in upper back, 2 lower, & 1 REALLY painful one in the elbow...That one I actually cry from...BUT, I will feel less pain in 3 days.
Unfortunately I am allergic to the numbing stuff they shoot into ya first, so full pain for me! Bring it on!! HA!!...really quite cowardly...lol

Default the garden

hi all the last week or so I have been the gardener my vegi patch is ready for lift off, six bags of horse dung 3 sacks mushroom compost, and the content of the chicken coup all dug in , all bushes trimmed , herb garden dug over and sifted ( dame bind weed got in there ) I have been playing mid wife to some frog spawn covering it up with a perspex dome on frosty nights I think the little Alfie,s are gona make it, dug a new flower bed and planted with bulbs cant remember what they where or were I put them wiffy said the garden was too green all done with much wobbling and lay downs , in fact laying down gardening should be the next new craze , its fun and give,s one a whole new perspective , also took part in a worm tag and release program , transferring them to said vegi patch to eat the the mound of sh--t I dug in there, I have not been attacked by robins with IBS only assailed by the parrot next door who has mastered the annoying sound reversing trucks make, you know booop booop booop followed but the first line of Hitler has only got one ball ,which it is teaching to the local black bird population , well next sunny day, its the land beyond, the chicken fence, we have black rock chickens a Scottish breed known for hard attitude and noisy behavior , they have had the effect agent orange on the ground ,so gona rake it over and try to get some grass seed to grow ( any idea,s apart from taping there beaks up to stop em eating the seed ) ah!!!! it will all be worth it come summer
