A full plate for me the last few months. Hub having health/men Issues. arguing week after week to get him to go see doc.
went to see doc other day. did tests , scope etc . hoping to get medication that its just infection. but doc didnt give med like last time called for him to come back and do more tests.

on lighter side of plate... busy cleaning coco puffs, chips off carpets and tile floors, guenia pig poo and crumb from under cushions, t-paper, hair from sinks, and lots of shower hot tubs toilet, even more glass doors and windows. my knees and back hurtin from good old fashion hard work the latter is on my plate for tomorrow too.
but right now I am clearing one tiny spot on my plate to sit out and watch the moon dance threw the night sky and think of the many very special people in my life who mean so much to me. I do have a big big family here .

Hugs to the room
PEACE

Hurray!! Goofy, been a long time and a lot of pain. So glad the end is in sight!

It's Dyngus Day ...a great excuse to eat wonderful Polish food, drink beer and see some politicians
you only see in town on this day. I remember seeing Bobby Kennedy here on dyngus day at the
westside Democratic Club years ago...it was thrilling!

LOL we talked about that in Daily Buzz today at work Alffe. its also a day that the boys get to drench the girls with water LOL...

"Dyngus Day, also spelled Dingus Day, is a Polish Holiday. It is very popular in Poland, and in Polish communities in America. After the long Lenten holiday, Dyngus Day is a day of fun. And, perhaps a little romantic fun. It is always celebrated on the Monday after Easter.

There area all sort of ways for boys to meet girls. But, this one takes the cake.

Guys, on this day you get to wet the ladies down. Sprinkling or drenching with water is your goal. Chase after the ladies with squirt guns, buckets, or other containers of water. The more bold and gallant boys, may choose to use cologne. Hitting (gently, please) the ladies on the legs with switches or ***** willows is also common.

Yes ladies, you can strike back. Ladies , you get your revenge on Tuesday, when tradition has it that you throw dishes or crockery back at the boys. It has become increasingly popular for the ladies to get their revenge on Monday, tossing water back at the boys."

I can't take all of these weather changes.... my body is screaming... which means I now have to clear my plate of any plans because my body won't let me accomplish anything.... I can barely sit up....

thank you for letting me whine....

BMW I hope your hubbys health issues are getting his attention...men are so dang stubborn sometimes! Sometimes I have to nag Mr.Alffe until he finally "hears" me. Grrrrrrr And he is still playing basketball every Tues night (at his age!) and broke his finger again last week...same finger..and will get no sympathy from me...as the dr. said the last time, it's like trying to glue old wood!

Abbie I'm so sorry...I swear it's this awful weather effecting our bodies...if it would just warm up and stay there..yesterday it sleeted some in the morning here.

My plate...well I guess it's called spring cleaning..I'm pushing furniture around as I'm tired of the way it looks...haven't "found" the new look yet...but trying not to buy anything....maybe a new plant will help.

Well, not my taxes. I got them filed online. Hubby thought he had taken the H&R Block. Duh...that was LAST year.

It's SisterMonkeys Birthday! She is 26. Her picture is in my album. I miss her so much. New Jersey is a LONGGGGGG way from Texas.

So today..a phone call to her. And I'll celebrate my less than an hour labor I had with her...by eating some choccy I got in the mail.
