As long as you have breath,there's hope. I've been in a mental hospital,and been through a Psych Ward experience,and I have nothing good to say about that Psych Ward experience.

Doctors can make some big mistakes,because they don't really know what they are dealing with when it comes to mental health issues. Please don't give up. You are worth the time,and the care. BF:hug::hug::hug:

I have been worried about Jen.
I was reluctant to post on birthday thread because we haven't heard from her since before her appointment. I hope she comes back soon to post.

I'm hoping all went well with the appointment with the counsellor and that you're feeling a lot stronger now, Jen.
