My plate is full of veggies and fruits-so I love this time of year. Lots of them in season. I bought some HUGE grapes this week-have never seen any that large. When the crew barbecues, I make Boca(Soy) Meat and add Barbecue sauce to it or put some Portabellos on the grill for me. Steamers are still one of my favorites-usually peas. Another favorite-Kashi brand cereal-especially Strawberry Fields. If you add a cup of strawberry Fields to a container of yogurt (Yoplait smooth & creamy kind) it is like eating a blizzard (helps to add some magination, too).

On my plate today was a visit to this (b)room! and I see its been quiet... and I think I know why... its because we were divided into two rooms... cuz when that happened... this place became very quiet. In my opinion - its healthy to have a little bit of off-topic here in this forum... we've all been "together" for so long and always know this is a place of acceptance and support. I just don't like going to two places when one is all I needed

OK... so, my day started off with a bit of work frustration but for the most part, I shouldn't be complaining.

I'm healthy (physically)... not walking as much as I should and could... and eating healthier than ever.

I'm healthy (mentally) .... but not always... so its a constant battle with myself to tell myself its ok

I'm still looking forward to that granchild visit and will definitely take a lot of photos.

On my plate today is 1/2 hour more of work then home to do some more work

Standing up for what I believe in, no matter what it costs me... for that cost is no more than an illusion, keeping me from true happiness, and ultimately, keeping those close to me from achieving the same....

Packing more boxes, working on legal papers, getting new hearing-aids, catching up with my friends here..... being grateful, and thanking God.....
