Hi Skylark,

Not sure we have the same pain type but my back pain is as if its in knots and just needs to be 'clicked' back into place. I have realised more lately that walking carrying anything or with a handbag on one shoulder my whole back aches, now Im not sure if this is to do with my Tarlov Cyst or other issues I have.

Bowel problems and bladder problems can be as a result of TCs. Im suffer bad bladder issues and my bowel wouldnt be the best. However its for the opposite reason than you mention, I dont move as often as I used to and find it difficult to go until its really ready!

Do you know how big your TC is?

Hope you can get some answers if it is affecting you. Its a difficult road but hope you find relief.
