Default Cysts on spine

Hi every one and thank you for having me here .
I have for the past few years been told I have 1 cyst on the bottom of spine , where the fluid is at base of spine then 2 more above . they said they would have me back every year to keep an eye on me by having MRI scan .

I dont have back pain , just a bit of odd times of sciatica down right leg .

I went to Drs with pain in the neck that wouldn't go away and thats when they found my Cysts after having MRI .

last week I had a letter from the hospital saying they need me to have a blood test to see if I'm not at risk of renal impairment . I thought WHY .

I know i have also got cyst on liver which again doesn't bother me and they said many people have em , just leave well alone .

Is there any one else having this and what did they say to you and what are they doing for you ................
