Default painful tarlov cyst

Im so glad I found this site, I have a tarlov cyst on my s 2. ive been in pain since last September(I didn't have health insurance so I couldn't do anything about it) I had an MRI last month that showed some disc bulging, and degenerative disc disease. the tarlov cyst was the incidental finding.
my family doctor referred me to an orthopedic doctor(of course he said my pain had nothing to do with the cyst) I am scheduled for an epidural next month. I know he is wrong, I have every symptom to a T (I have so much pain it is ruining my life) in the mean time I would like to try to get disability, I don't think im employable(I cant sit for more than five minuites, cant stand in one place, stairs hurt etc) I live in PA, hoping to find a dr that can help me. I would appreciate anyones help on this.
