Default Tarlov Cyst--Alkaline or Acidic

Hi, Does anyone know if the cyst fills up with fluid in an Alkaline or Acidic atmosphere?

I was under the impression that it was Acidic, but I just read a post here that said Alkaline and now I'm confused.

I am going to start an Alkaline diet tomorrow so I would like to know asap because I have to go shopping for groceeries.

Thanks,
Katt17
