Default Tarlov surgery

Hello fellow suffers, i am new to group but not to tarlov, i have many questions but main one is when you had surgery what did surgeon do, did they remove the whole of the cysts, remove he main / bigger ones, did they cut them off are just tied them off or just seal with glue etc, when / if removed them basically what happened then, the hole where the cysts were and interested to hear what they did as to regards the sacrum
