Sorry! Still getting my motor skills back after being on so many meds.
So: I had 2 cysts at s3 and 2 cysts at s4. Dr. F drained and sealed 2 of them, and drained, sealed, and put a bovine compression sleeve on the other 2. He doesn't "remove" them because they are part of/inside the nerve. His goal is to block further CFS leakage and make sure the cysts don't refill. He also told me that he was going to put a sort of soluble sealant over any places where the sacrum was weakened or had holes (my MRI did show "bone remodeling"), but I haven't had my post-op yet so I'm not sure if he ended up needing to do that. Hope that helps! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
