There's nothing I have't tried. Lifelong chiro patient. Accupuncture, spinal realignment (it's barbaric), bio-feedback, yoga, meditation, etc. I recently tried cold laser and it had no effect. If my issue is nerve related, which I believe it is, there's no chiropractor in the world who can offer an adjustment that repositions a cyst so it's not pressing on a nerve. I've finally come to the conclusion that I need a more in depth intervention.
