Unhappy Tarlov Cysts

Hi . I am a new member to NeuroTalk. I have been diagnosed with Tarlov Cysts throughout my Thoracic spine. Probably have them in Cervical, Lumbar and sacral spine as well. I have had left mid thoracic area pain off and on for several years, which got worse 3 years ago after an accident and got better after therapy. No MRI was ordered by the pain specialist at that time. Pain got worse again, after somewhat intensive workout about 2 months ago (started workout last summer since I have diffuse osteoporosis of my spine).

I also suffer from headaches which seem to come more often during summer when its 85 degrees and above. Headache gets better once I go and soak my entire head in water. I have just realised that my bladder symptoms and heaviness in the legs could be related to Tarlov cysts in my lower spine. Going to see a neurologist next week to get complete neuro exam and additional MRI's I have been looking up for neorosurgeons with expertise in treating Tarlov cysts. Glad to have found this group. Looking forward to hearing from individuals having similar complaints.
