Speaking of pancakes:

I went to breakfast yesterday at a new restaurant near here and I ordered pancakes.

I don't order pancakes too often because they come out crunchy with the edges too brown and I have to peel them before eating the centers. :(

(I peel bread too when no one is watching.)

I told the waitress I wanted mine very light and if they had doughy centers I didn't mind just so they weren't brown. When mine came they were light tan, and very fluffy just the way I like them. :)

I complimented the cook and he said last week a guy sent his back three times because he wanted his dark brown and crunchy??

Takes all kinds.
