Chat rooms usually move too fast for my anxiety.. I avoid them.

If you look at the very top of any page... approximately in the middle.... you'll see Our Photo Gallery then Chat Rooms (0) .......

That (0) changes to (1) or (3) etc, depending on how many people are in that chat room at that particular time.

If you use the front page of NeuroTalk, (with all the Forums listed), you can see the names of any users who may be in the room at any time. Just go to the very bottom left and you'll see this:

These *** would be replaced by user names should some-one be in the chat rooms when you looked.

Early evenings are probably the best time to look at the Chat room if you're interested in getting a converstaion started. Another way is to make a post in the Social Forum saying that you are in there, or going in at a certain time, so others are aware.
