Default Attention AMN !!!

I have been wondering, and I'm sure others here have also.....How is your Bot Foot working? Is your mobility still much improved because of it?

We hear about your new improved *Joe*, but how about *BOT*?..

Uh, yes, it's working but I'm having a lot of trouble with back spasms just now and haven't been using it much lately. I will be taking it out later today, as a matter of fact. I usually go out with it every other day or so.

The weather has cooled substantially and stiffness is playing a lot of tricks on my legs & back. Frankly, it has me a bit nervous.

The coffee's most excellent, thank you.

Sal....she's got to spend as much time with Joe as she does with Bot.....otherwise there will be jealousy (you know how men can be). I think the solution is to go out with them together. Take Joe (in a cup) along on an outing with Bot. After all, Joe was there first. Bot will just have to adapt.

Sorry your getting spasms AMN.

I just got back from the MS neuro's office. He said that the change of seasons really plays havoc with MS, especially fall and spring. We went from weather in the 70s here and warm sunny days to 50s with a lot of clouds and chilly so I'm hoping that's causing my extremely worse fatigue and blahness. I got two new RXs and need to change another.

I hope it's something like that causing the spasms and that you'll be feeling better soon.
