TKTC - I was sooo bummed when the heat index rose again. We have had a couple days of 100's but it is "cooling" to the low 90's and the 80's.

Halloween is always simply beautiful though. DH and I traditionally sit out front as the sun sets and wait for the little ones to come up to the door. We do not get many kids. But I do love to see all the costumes.

Amazing how it can be so cold in north AL and so hot here!

I recovered right in the store (thanks for asking) when I motored into the cold room full of fruit. I just came for the free samples and I got so much more when the cool air invigorated my body!
