Default Yankees or Phillies?

Most of my family members are Yankee fans but we have a couple of members rooting for the Phillies. I thought it would be fun to post a poll to see who you all were rooting for.

Obviously, I am rooting for the Yankees and hope they win in their home stadium.

Yankees of course, it's about tradition.

First off: I'm a Mets fan.

I'll choose the Phillies as they're National League, and if they were to win, that would just drive the Yankee fans nuts.

Each day is just one more day closer to Spring Training.

Go Mets!

As a lifelong Red Sox fan, I have to go with whoever is not the Yankees.

Before you throw things at me, hear me out. I LOVE that folks enjoy sports, BUT I get upset and frustrated when I go to tune into my fav programs to find any game has gone into overtime, or extra innings, or special parades. I think sports should have it own channel. That way if you want to see baseball, its on channel 3 or basketball on channel 5. We have hundreds and hundreds of channels, I dont see why we cant have a space for what each of us wants.

If I set my DVR or Tivo to tape...oh lets say House, and I play it the next day, I find half of my program was over run by sports!

Ok, now you can throw things. I dont follow any sport, even tho the DH used to be semi pro in soccer. I can get excited by going to a game, but not a TV showing of it. I picked dont care.

***ducks, headed for the exit ****

LOL, Dej! That's fine. I don't sit and watch the whole game. I flip back and forth to check on the scores. I can't sit that long either. LOL.

And there will be no throwing of things. (Total mom mode kicking in.) This thread is just for fun.

I see we are tied 5 - Yankees, 5 - Phillies, and 5 - Don't cares. We need a tie breaker here.
