I'll admit it... I'm a jerky addict.

Sometimes it's hard finding some good jerky...either it tastes odd or it's like chewing an old leather boot!

Earl - I LOVE jerky especially when my DH makes his homemade jerky. We make it every year before we go camping for the week. It's a major production, even my DD now helps us. My DH has his "secret" recipe that he uses and we go and have the meat cut fresh. It takes us about a week to make a large batch which includes the marinating of the meat. We spend the week making it, drying it and smelling it throughout the house. At his previous job, his co-workers loved his jerky so much he used to sell it.
