Do not feel bad about bringing or leaving Mom. She probably needs a break at times, and so do you. DO allow anyone who can to help out - family, hospital staff, etc.

Keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers.

He's home now!

He is not hurting at all and although the bruises are horrible his incisions are just like pencil lines.

Wish my hysterectomy scar looked that nice!

This has been a long road with speed bumps along the way and a few more but we're doing great and Mom and I still have him with us!

Glad he's home...it's the best place to recover, IMHO.

Make sure to take care of yourself, now!
