Default Never thought I'd get rid of it.

I've been trying for two weeks to get rid of the extra computer cabinet that I have. I was about ready to go get the chainsaw out or call AmVets (they're the only charity I could find that would accept something like that)

Our cleaning lady came today, and I was talking to my mom about getting rid of the desk. The cleaning lady said she'd take it.

I told her if she can get the desk out of the room, it's hers. She's probably coming over this weekend to get it.

YAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!

I was starting to think I'd never be able to get rid of this thing. No one would take it till she offered.

I'm a happy camper now. All I have to do is move my tv stand and the tv, and then I'll be able to get my remodeling job finished.

The cleaning lady was nice and ran her vacuum behind the desk for for me to keep the disturbingly large amount of dust behind the desk from becoming a problem when she comes to pick up the desk.

I figured out that it's that dust in my room making me sick. (went outside and all my cold symptoms went away...it's 25deg outside right now...too cold for me to sleep outside without freezing to death)

I cant wait to get that computer cabinet out of here so we can do some serious dusting in my room before construction starts.

I made arrangements with the cleaning lady to do a whole house dusting after all the remodeling is over. She told us to call an air duct cleaning company to come out and blow all the dust out of our air ducts (never been done here at this house...we did it a few times at our last two houses) Once that's done she'll come in and dust everything she can reach (and she'll climb to what she cant reach), do a deep vacuuming, and clean up any construction dust left from the remodel.

Yay! We're going to have a clean, remodeled, hopefully mostly dust free house once all of that is done.

I'm calling my doctor so I can be evaluated for asthma. (both parents have it, along with a bad allergy to dust)
